Uses for gochujang and matcha

I regularly use gochujang to make Nigella's Korean keema and matcha for a matcha and lemon marble cake, but I don't have any other ideas on how to use them. Does anyone have any ideas for other uses? Most things I google for gochujang throw up very similar recipes to what I already make and I've tried making matcha ice…
