Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Protein & Pregnancy

I'm pregnant and having major aversions to chicken, most meats, eggs, brocolli and pretty much anything I ate before. I'm still training and concerned about my protein intake. I'm addicted to fruit so smoothies are my saviour which I'm packing up with spinach, kale and Fage greek yoghurt to make it as protein rich as possible.

Any other suggestions on what I can throw in there?

Thoughts on protein powder when pregnant? I've looked online and doesn't seem to be much about it. Doesn't say anything on the whey container that I have but I'm still a little bit wary...

    Thanks
    :)

If you're drinking milk you're drinking whey already. Whey is also the main ingredient of baby formula.

    Have at it :)
