Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Garda seized items from my mothers home. They took items. Think everything they thought associated to me or computers I was using.

Then my mum rang me, and they came to place in Dublin was renting and took everything there. I felt I was being threatened or something because of my mother on phone. So, they took items there and on me.

Garda said he did not have arrest warrant. Had warrant for my mums house.

I asked for warrants to be emailed but they won't send them out and items seized.

Is there a legal consequence of claiming items?

Rubbish no guards wandered around a house taking things with a warrant from court. Apply to the local superintendent for a copy of the warrant in writing, if the rest of your post is truthful.

You need to go and speak to a solicitor, rather than asking on the Internet. Google cannot help you with this one, only a legal professional can.
