EU4FAM - How long it takes?

Does anybody knows how long it takes for the immigration office give it back all the docs after you apply for the EU4FAM? When they send it back the docs, will I get the temporary visa?

Can I travel during the process? Is there any document that "replace" the passport while I'm waiting for my docs?

    Thanks a million!!!

About 6 weeks to get your passport back, with letter stating your circumstances (temporary stamp 4 letter).

    Present the letter to GNIB.

Temporary stamp 4 issued at desk.

Applicant can then travel, etc. subject to normal stamp 4 rules.
