Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

itunes past purchases gone

    Hi guys,

    I've bought a good bit of stuff off itunes over the years and it's been accessible to download via purchases in the itunes store app on the iphone/ipad up to recently.

    But now all the content bar the two most recent purchases is gone.

    Any advice here? I didn't change any settings that I know of. Where has all the content gone? It's still on itunes on my laptop.

    Same thing happened me a few months ago... Never figured out why

    It's visible in past purchases in itunes on the laptop?

    What kind of content is it? Music, movies?

    Just music.

    Jeez, itunes is such a bloody horrible program to use. I went into view account and there is an option 'hidden purchases'. After freezing, crashing then restarting, it (sluggishly) came up with all the old content.

    Clicked show all, then unhide all. I can now see them in the itunes app on the iphone.

    Er - what is the point of that option?

    It stops purchased tracks that you don’t like or listen to anymore from showing up in your library. You must have accidentally or intentionally hidden them at some point.
