Lost my CC and had a new one issued a few weeks ago. Waited a while for the new one to appear on my online banking account but nothing so tried adding it and got an error which basically said if I was the primary owner it would be added in 7 Business days anyway which it hasn't. Over the phone they want the credit card…

Over the phone they want the credit card password which I cannot remember setting up?

Do they mean a Verified By Visa password or what??
