Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering how do you increase the number of ringtones your phone does before going to message minder?....am sure it's prob doable without having to go into a phone shop?....any replies much appreciated.My iPhone only ringing about 4 times before going to message minder.....

Do you mean the number of rings before it goes to voicemail?

If the above doesn't work, just ring your provider and they should be able to sort it. It's a network thing not a device thing.
