Should I get electric bill into my name?

Hi Guys. The ESB is in My Late Mothers name,she passed away in 2010,I never botherd to change it into my name,am I obilged to do so??? Thanks.

If there was any problem with the supply or billing the ESB will not deal with you. You should get it changed into your own name as soon as you can, it should only take a call to the ESB/Electric Ireland

Why wouldn't you change if she's deceased several years,
What foggy said above ESB don't deal with 2nd and 3 rd parties
