    Roll up, Roll up for the Fit 4 Life series! The series of races - especially geared at Fit 4 Life runners, new runners, those just getting into racing, but all are welcome - is starting on Wednesday 16 October.

    Here are all the details:

    Fit4Life 2-Mile Race Series 2013

    (All Races start at 8pm.)

    1st Round Wednesday 16th October
    2nd Round Wednesday 23rd October
    3rd Round Wednesday 30th October
    4th Round Wednesday 6th November
    5th Round Wednesday 13th November
    6th Round Wednesday 20th November

    Prizes + Spot Prizes

    Plaques for all who run 5 races or more

    Entry Fee: €7.00 per Race; €30 for the Series
    Juniors & Unemployed €2

    Registration in Raheny Shamrock Clubhouse (centre of Raheny village. Opposite the modern church, in behind the scout den.)

    Register in the clubhouse on race nights from 7ish; no entries taken after 7.45pm.

    The Fit 4 Life series starts this Wednesday :):


    Anyone interested in a great value series of races for beginners – check out the Raheny Shamrock Fit 4 Life Series from this Wednesday (16th) in Raheny - 2-mile races, all at 8pm on Wednesdays for the next 6 weeks.

    €30 for the series, prizes, spot prizes & tea & biscuits - and the chance to make new friends, race and see if you like Raheny Shamrock Athletics Club! You couldn't spend a better €30.
    (NB – wear bright or fluorescent colours. Runners in dark tops with no illumination may not be allowed to run for safety reasons! :eek:)
