My husband applied for urgent international transfer on 23-09-2013. The bank was made aware that we will be out of the country and to date our money has not reached our beneficary account and neither is it in the Bank of Ireland account. And now the money is missing from our account. Been more than a week, we have been talking to so many of your staff who have told us that they can help us since they dont know. Someone named <SNIP> emailed us said the queires department will get back to us. We need contact details of the person incharge of international transfer to sort this out.

Hi DMoeller,

Thanks for your post.

International payments are initiated by your branch and processed by our Group Payments Department. If you have replied to the email you received and have not yet received a response, we would recommend speaking to an advisor in your branch. The advisor can take a look at the transaction and if necessary, put you through to somebody from the Group Payments Department.

A full list of branch contact numbers can be found here

Thanks

Billy
