Is Samsung Galaxt Fame on Meteor actually 4G ready?

In Meteor's October magazine, Samsung Galaxy Fame is marked as 4G ready. I was thinking of ordering it, but checked the Samsung website where it's not 4G ready. Would there be different variants, one for Meteor and one for the rest 4G and non 4G respectively

According to http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_fame_s6810-5279.php its a dual sim 2G & 3G compatible phone. There's no mention of a 4G capable version

Meteor don't have the Galaxy Fame listed on their website. The Galaxy Express is on the site and it is 4G compatible
