Any way to get back save files after a crash

Was just playing GTAV there, it froze, and had to be turned off at the mains. System corrupted, had to be wiped Is there any way to retrieve saved data ? Don't mind losing games and films etc but i don't want to have to start GTAV again

Not sure if this helps, perhaps you could use a harddrive enclosure.
