Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. Jesus, if I was a Liverpool fan I'd be absolutely loving this.

To be fair everyone who isn't a Utd fan is loving this.

United making Sunderland's pressing game look like something straight off the Barca training ground.

Was just about to post that utd are making them look like bayern!

This is awful. Once again United are let down by their shïte midfield

Absolutely 0 tempo to the play for United

Way too many useless crosses going in.

Sunderland simply want it more, half the united team dont even want to know about it which is shocking given their position.

    *ahem* :p

I do know that Utd will get back into this esp as Sunderland have spurned a couple of great chances to put this game out of sight.

Moyes is in over his head. It's not only on the pitch, he's been equally baffling off it.

    It's Hodgson & Liverpool revisited.

Let's get this straight - Sunderland are pure muck this year (apologies Paully D) yet they are being made to look like a really decent outfit. Maybe some of that is down to the relief of being rid of DiCrazio but a lot of it is to do with United being pure garbage.

Except Hodgson went mediocre side who couldn't challenge for the EPL and tuned them into a mediocre side who couldn't challenge for the EPL.

Absolutely shocking stuff from United. Brutal.

Moyes turning Utd into Everton. ****ing awful to watch and crossing the ball from any angle.

Jan is not the problem though.

Agreed at least he wants to get on the ball and try to be productive, Kagawa is as well off on the bench as on the left wing.

United might actually sack him and get a good manager after this!

    Nooooo!

In fairness Sunderland played similar against Liverpool last week and unlucky not to score in the 1st half, but they quickly ran out of steam 2nd half.

Big second half coming up for both teams.

Yep, the easiest team in the league to defend against.

"Well, yeah, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man"

utd lucky just to be 1 down in fairness

What's p!ssing me off no end is these haphazard crosses. No point in having players with the technical ability of Van Persie and Rooney when we are hoofing sh!te into the box.

Actually, he was threatening us with relegation had he stayed on past January.

Yep, difficult to see us maintaining that pressing for a whole game too. I'd expect United's obvious class to tell a lot more after the hour and for us to regret not taking one of those huge chances.

The only way we seem to go forward this season is to pass it to the wingers and then they put it in, without even looking up most o the time. nothing going through the middle at all. no build up play.
    so boring to watch

The problem there is that United are relying on the other side to run themselves out rather than depending on their own quality and ability

Januzaj isn't playing on the left wing though, he keeps on coming inside. He's offering no width at all. He's effectively playing as a CAM

Moyes needs to be given a chance. What happens if the next guy came in went on a similar run? Sack him too?

If he loses the support of the match going fans though it's curtains

Utd: A team with a manager who doesn't know what he's doing with a very poor squad full of mediocre players bar 3 or 4, up to their necks in debt and their main rivals out spending them, getting better players, better stadium, a team on the decline where Champions League doesn't even look good for them this year, will win nothing and you'll all be crying "MOYES OUT" very very soon....

There was times where I'd bet upward of 250 quid on United right about now. Honestly not sure now. Might just stick 50 on it if and when odds get a bit more juicer.

Absolutely, I can see United kicking on in the second half and winning this.

Win, lose or draw if you put in a shift like the last 135mins week-in-week out then you's will be OK

Have repercussion for the rest of the season if they lose this?

But sure that means you can't lose another one at all then. No difference in losing a game now or in February. Except it adds to the poor start.

Ya,when Kagawa plays he doesn't seem to get the freedom to play the same role as Januzaj.
