In fairness Sunderland played similar against Liverpool last week and unlucky not to score in the 1st half, but they quickly ran out of steam 2nd half.

Yep, difficult to see us maintaining that pressing for a whole game too. I'd expect United's obvious class to tell a lot more after the hour and for us to regret not taking one of those huge chances.

The only way we seem to go forward this season is to pass it to the wingers and then they put it in, without even looking up most o the time. nothing going through the middle at all. no build up play.

The problem there is that United are relying on the other side to run themselves out rather than depending on their own quality and ability

Januzaj isn't playing on the left wing though, he keeps on coming inside. He's offering no width at all. He's effectively playing as a CAM

Moyes needs to be given a chance. What happens if the next guy came in went on a similar run? Sack him too?
