    hello all, I would like to buy a house in Longford! Are there any choice of providing the first deposit and then to other amounts paid as rent(€900-1300 per month)? say the house cost 150 000 => 10 years? Are there any other deals?Is it at all possible? because 150,000 thousand is a lot of money and bank borrowing hard to get: (
