Steam key for pre-owned games

I bought football manager 13 of amazon for €20. It hasn't arrived yet and I'm not sure if it's pre owned or not. Will steam provide with a code if I provide them with a receipt. Of course it might be grand as most of the review are 5 stars

the one for 13.99 pounds then its new.

Dunno I think its useless as the code can only be sued once try get a refund.

Would you consider just downloading the game? you can get it for 10 - 15 euro now.

18 euro here out of stock aswell. I would keep an eye out over the next few weeks as FM14 is coming out, somewhere could be sellnig it as loaw as 10 Euro.

Its here for 20 but it could be region locked so i wouldn't chance it. You could deffo get FM14 for about 30ish tho it might be worth the wait and extra tenner

I think I'll get 13. Money is tight and I want to get fifa 14 and put some cash away for christmas I'm only 18. So I need to save every euro I can
