Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

More like defensive ineptitude from Norwich. That goal from their own corner is unforgiveable.

Very true that and just when they looked like frustrating us, but still we haven't a cf that has scored in the league.

and that's that. Willian finally does something to justify his price tag.

What do you mean finally. That was his Premier League debut.

That game is a perfect example of the difference a great manager can make. The decision to start Ba and ye tactic of playing it early in behind the Norwich defence was very clever and then in the second half, at 1-1, the game in the balance Mourinho takes the kind of risk that not many managers would, he seriously risks the 1 point in the hope of getting 3 and it pays off gloriously.

On top of that the work this side put into every game is something to see. With each passing week the team bears more and more resemblance to a classic Mourinho side. Ba, Oscar, Mata, Schurrle and then Hazard and Willian all produced today, what an incredible strike to kill the game from Willian, another quality option to add to the fold.

An alternative point of view would be that you (should I use that term?) were at least matched by a poor side for 85 mins before being gifted a winner, and Mourinho shelved his usual negativity for 20 mins.

Interesting to see the bastion of total football have such man love for Mourinho considering the dross his sides have and are continuing to play. Of course ill put it down to everything being continuously glorious on the side(s) you support

First half Chelsea certainly could have been 2 or 3 goals ahead. Generally the build up play was excellent. Not only as a Chelsea fan but also as a fan of football I don't understand how you could do anything but admire that Chelsea side. The wealth of quality in that squad is frightening, Luiz, Oscar, Mata, Hazard, Schurrle, Willian, De Bruyne, Eto'o all highly accomplished, technically gifted footballers playing some really incredible stuff at times.

As a Chelsea fan how could I have anything but total man love for Mourinho? He eats and breathes Chelsea, he's done so much for the club and this idea that his teams play terrible football is frankly ridiculous. Much like Guardiola, he demands more from his player than the average manager, you might be the best player in the squad but if you aren't prepared to work to the standard Mourinho expects then you will never be a Mourinho player, how can any football fan not admire that? Yes this Chelsea side does warrant a lot of praise, they play terrific football, they work so hard and I think they will win the Premier League this season.
