Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Can anyone give me advice on where to purchase a barbell weight set.... looking to get bar and 80kg in weights... have looked in argos,adverts and donedeal.. is there anywhere else

    I saw sets in Gleesons Sports Store in Limerick. So try a local sports store in your area. There is also amazon but delivery might be a problem.

    Free delivery over £25, they are usually the cheapest for 20kg dumbbell kits, barbell kits can be cheap the odd time, just be sure its cast iron, many of the vinyl kits now look like black cast iron.
