Hi, My partner my self and my son are looking to apply for the IEC in January but have a couple of questions if anybody could help?

4)I know the garda certs have to be within 3 months so Ill apply for those in Dec, But I lived in Canada for just over 3 years and came back in 2008 or 2009 so do I need a garda cert from there and if I do can I apply for it now rather than wait till Dec and risk not getting them back in time ?
