    turned off console and cannot get the game back and all the money and rank lost , appreciate help,

    Common issue with the servers I'm afraid. Character may be lost forever in a limbo floating endlessly like General Zod in Superman 2.

    Hopefully our Characters will come back soon just dont create a new one yet or it may delete the one you have already.

    Check social club, your character might not be deleted.
