I'm assuming it's level on the floor?

One of the belts might have slipped off the drum you'll have to open up the back to take a look. You may be able to look up from the bottom and see if there's a belt hanging loose.

The drum bearings need to be replaced. It's a pretty big job. Is it under warranty?

under warranty & problem sorted with the drum. It's fixed!
