Bank judgement

    In 2006 I recieved a judgement and settled the judgement within a few weeks I recieved a letter to say the judgement would be marked satisfied
    In 2010 the judgement still was not marked satisfied so I contacted the banks original solicter amd they sent me a satisfaction piece
    In September 2013 I checked in the court office and the lady who looked it up advised me that there is no satisfaction piece on there records
    What can I do now , I have a totally clean record otherwise and would like to deal with this problem the best I can
