Dublin Bus - AV Centre Doors

Are the centre doors on the ex-Airlink Dublin Bus AVs ever used? Are drivers even allowed to use them? Thanks. :) VG31 EDIT: Were the RV centre doors ever used recently (in the years before they were withdrawn).

They are never used, sure they proberley don't work anyway.

They can work, AV130s centre doors worked a few months ago anyways, I was sitting beside them on a 41 near Airside Retail Park and saw them with my very own eyes..

I saw the centre doors on AV123 (on the 16 heading towards the Airport) open today on Dame Street.
