Technicolor TG582n router is driving me crazy!!!

    Hi,
    I'm customer of DigiWeb and recently I'm trying to open specific port on it. I believe my literacy in this matter is better to advanced, but whatever I do I cannot get it opened.
    What I did was go to Toolbox -> Game & Application sharing -> Create a new game or application -> Assigned name to entry then -> Manual Entry of Port Maps -> Next and assigned port number to entry.
    Then I went to: 
    http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
    typed my port and nothing, it's not opened. Any idea what it might be? Anyone experiencing same issues?

    What IP are you forwarding the port to? Is it static, is the device on?

    Yes IP is static and yes it is on
