    Hi
When I turn off my alarm it says - "Service due - call engineer "
    1) How do I stop it saying this.
    2) How long can the system go without servicing by an engineer.
    3) What is involved in carrying out a service.
    4) Could I attempt the service myself

N.B. - Please try not to use too many technical terms.
    Thanks

The reason for this is the installer set up the service reminder.
The system will work regardless of this message appearing.
The only way to get this off the system is to enter engineering using the engineer code and then exiting engineering. You would need to turn this off in engineering for it not to appear again.
