    Hi there,
I recently bought Marantz PM6004 on sale in the UK and now thinking about getting standmount speakers that would work well with this amp. I mainly listen to electronic rock as well as Prog rock, Psychedelic (Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Pink Floyd, King Crimson, etc.) in Flac format on HTPC using Arcam rDAC to convert signal analogue.
What speakers would match this amp? My old speakers are MA Bronze 1. Please take into consideration that the living room in my apartment is small (ca. 10x8.5 ft) and my budget is up to 350 sterling.
I was thinking about new Q Acoustics Concept 20s in black finish but not sure if they combine well with this amp... any other recommendations and quotes welcome. heard that KEF Q300 work well with this Marantz but they are beyond my budget unless I find second hand somewhere...
    Regards
    Radek

    Hi Radek.

The Q Acoustics Concept 20s have got some cracking reviews, receiving a 5 star review from WhatHifi. We have yet to have them in to listen to ourselves yet but if they sound as good as they are on paper it will interesting to hear!
They would come in right on top of you budget at £350

You could stock with Monitor Audio and look at there BX2 speakers which again sound fantastic. Priced at £249.00
http://www.richersounds.com/search/bx2 (Available in a range of finishes)

We also have a massive boards deal running on the RX range and the RX1 speakers are now going for only £229.95 (Original retail £399.95) - (While stocks last) Which finish would you prefer as again the these speakers we are limited.

Let me know what you think.

    Hi Kenny
I'll go with Concept 20s in black finish. I'll test them for a few days and let you know how they work with Marantz 6004. if there any issues with it presumably I can return and change to other speakers, e.g. MA BX2?
I sent you PM with my number
    Best
