final bill

    hi,

    just received my final bill via email, paperless billing. Unfortunately my eircom logon has been disabled and i am unable to check the bill. Given the size of it i am presuming i have been charged a exit fee. I am surprised at this given that i have been out of contract for a number of years and that i informed one of your reps in a live chat session that i was leaving.

    Could you please have a look at this me for me.

    The final bill is usually posted out a few days after the bill has been compiled. You can also contacted accounts on free phone 1901 where you can request a reprint or even request the bill to be emailed to you (PDF format).

    There may be cease charges for one month of service if you did not contact eircom cancellations and also give eircom written notification of cancellation 30 days in advance of cancellation.
