    Hi grahamor,

You can only go back to March 2012 on your eStatements. Going forward, your statements will be available via 365 online for 7 years provided you have not closed your accounts.

Copy statements for personal customers cost €3.80 for the first page and €2.50 for every page after that and can take up to 8 working days.

Branch staff or a Banking 365 representative can help to order a copy statement.

You can also order duplicate statements from the Online Service Desk on Banking 365 by selecting "Order duplicate statements" from the drop down and you can then input the details of the account and dates you wish the copy statement for.

    You can call Banking 365 on 0818 365 365 or 00 353 1 404 4000. The hours for Banking 365 are weekdays 8am until midnight, 9am until 6pm weekends and bank holidays

I hope this answers your question.

    Thanks
    Linda

So a 4 page statement will cost more than 11 euros to issue ? How on earth does it cost so much ?

Because they have to pay someone to go trawling through all of the previous statements which can take a long time.

Could take a good while so €11 is very justifiable then.

It's a simple database query. No-one manually trawls through documents !

    Hi grahamor,

As the original statements would have been issued out to you in the post free of charge, there is an administration cost involved when copy statements are requested to be reissued.

As Linda stated above, copy statements for personal customer cost €3.80 for the first page and €2.50 for every page there after.

Should you wish to discuss this in more detail please contact your account holding branch directly.

Please see here for our branch locator.

If there is anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Thanks,
    Paula C

Yeah, you clearly don't have a clue what the person has to do so. It in't as simple as it sounds.

Oh really, and how are you such an expert ?

It's possible to specify a date range in 365 online for more recent statements, so i find it difficult to see how it's different for older statements. If the data is archived then i understand the extra effort, but it's still not a manual process of looking through lot's of statements !
