In 2011 The National Monuments Service commissioned a Review of Archaeological Survey & Mitigation Policy relating to Bord Na Móna Peatlands.

This report has now been posted on their website and they are seeking public consultation on the findings.

I would urge anyone with an interest to have a look at the review and make submissions, it is not often we get such opportunities to comment on work undertaken and perhaps more importantly potential future strategy.
