Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do we think 2c in PM is enough??

Do we think 2c in PM is enough??

I think it would have to be. I couldn't imagine over 80% getting 3 C's

*i say over 80 because the full 25% are not going to fail on PM alone

Ok , so how many c over all to pass would you imagine? 8? Or 9?

If as a guide a HC gave you 20 points, and an RC 10 points, you'd need c. 150 points to pass the sufficiency test.

You need C's in BL and PM as part of that score. And one RC in each of the others.

    To pass depth:

    PM: 2
    BL: 2

    To pass Breadth:
    1 RC in each

Total so far: 4 C plus 4 RC

Then sufficiency... This could be any amount and will basically be manipulated based on how many they want to pass.

Guess: 1 C and 2 RC, which is roughly half the total depth C's and breadth C's.

Same for elective: I'd say 5 C's would get you over the line.

The rest of the institutes exams are 50% so I can't see why these would be any different. Within reason of course, they do like the pass rate to stay at 74%.

When I did sleep my problem was that I woke up, and must have thought it was today the results are out and I opened the CAI website and hit results.. well I thought i hit it, but instead hit the mock results was nearly in tears until I released that I made a mistake.

At least that has prepared me for tomorrow lol

This has been the biggest run-up to FAE results in years, usually no one posts until maybe today, and on the day.

    Lot of nerves.

Didn't sleep much either and feel physically sick now :( Also woke up in a panic thinking it was tomorrow and needed to check - totally confused!

Reckon the institute should provide counselling for FAE

I'm always surprised that information on pass rates etc. doesn't leak in the days up to results.

For the number of people involved, you'd think someone would talk and it would spread.

I woke up in my dream and checked and failed the elective, I'd take that at this stage

just about the appeals, yeah, I appealed both and the whole process actually hurts me more. Like you will be HOPING for the good appeal result for another month or so, HATE THAT!

but I know, 99% of us last year appealed, and none got it. for the remaining 1%? well they probably already moved to music industry.
