Hi all

Our broadband connection , which is provided by UTV died last friday night , and after logging a fault with UTV, it came back up on Monday morning, but the phone line was dead. An eircom engineer called out on Tuesday to have a look. He made all sorts of excuses as to how it could be an internal fault , but then discovered the fault lay in the junction box in our hall. He replaced some connectors and the phone line came back up.

However tonight at about 7PM our broadband died again - there is no DSL connection whatsoever so I'm wondering if there are more general issues around Dublin or if this sounds like a problem specific to our house?
