Not that Iona are anti rainbow jerseys as such... After all rainbow - sky is what the Good Lord intended.

That's is exactly what I thought - runner do interval training all year and have been doing so for decades, I am starting to think cycling training really is in the dark ages if the pros are at that level of training no wonder Sky use modern sports science (Swim Coaches) to develop their riders
