    Whats the name of the new pizza place that replaced Seven in Manor Street.

    Does anyone have a phone number?

    It was Evelyn's or something similar.

    Went by it yesterday and it seems to be gone and a new Italian place going in. Quite possibly the same crowd as I am nearly positive that Evelyn's was Seven under a different guise. Looked the same, sounded the same.

    Looks like I'll need to call by this evening and check it out. My wife was looking forward to pizza tomorrow !

    it's gone, originally it was seven which was a great restaurant then for some strange reason they changed the name of it to evelynns pizzeria(even though they were still doing european food like they did before as well as pizzas).
    since then it was very quite and no suprise it closed.
    now it's been changed to an italian.
    they should never have changed it in the first place, it was a great spot.

    any time i went in to seven it was quiet. food was good but if its not making money.
    the big thing was when their early bird hours were reduced. stopped me going in.

    But we we were on about a pizza place down the road?
    Must try Soulful out I haven't eaten there since it opened.
    Any recommendation food wise?

    we were but quickly ascertained it was closed.
    I had the rack of lamb. if you dont want it rare tell them you want it cooked. chef does it rare and I had to send it back to be cooked the way I asked.
    came in a red wine jus which really added flavour to it. and the chocolate cake with chocolate sauce.... I would die happy having ate it :)
    meals start at a tenner.

    Got breakfast in Soulful one Sunday, was very unhappy with it. Not sure I'd ever go back.
    Anyone know what Evelyns is changing to? Or is it presumably just another name change and are really sticking to the same food?

    Surprised at that, I had the most delicious eggs hollandaise there, really superb and lovely coffee too.

    I've had the Eggs Hollandaise, the smoked salmon with scambled eggs and the grilled breakfast and the black pudding special.

    Enjoyed them all.

    We had a couple of really bad experiences in Soulful. Won't be going for another. I think the pizza place is going to be more of the same, Seven was a really handy local quick & easy bite, haven't been in since all the exterior changes.

    The food is ok in Soulful, but was really embarrassed one morning when I had to witness the owner berate her kitchen staff for making noise! Which was ironic be cause she was making the most noise. I do like the waffles though.
