    Hi Guys,

    I am considering to buy a house in Old Balreask Woods in Navan. However, I don't know that estate.
    Can you please let me know opinions about this estate, area? I will be with my young kids at home and my husband will be commuting to Dublin.
    As far as I know there aren't any shops nearby. Is there any playground within walking distance and are there any footpaths to have a nice walk with kids during the day?
    Do you know what was the selling price of 3 and 4 bed houses in the peak?
