    Hi, I have an issue with my intercom with feedback or a high pitched whistling noise. I have turned down the pots on the unit outside but I can bearly hear the voice from the hand set inside. Ive turned the pot on the hand set up n down but I don't notice any difference in volume. Any advice would b appreciated as this is very frustrating! Thanks!

    Is there anything blocking the cover where the microphone is located?

    I didnt try n open the handset incase I smashed it. Doesn't look very sturdy but I'll give it a go. Thanks a mill
