Why is it so close to impossible to order the service we actually want?

We ordered ISDN, which is to be supplied in 2 weeks.

We want an NT1, or confirmation that if we must get an NT1 Plus that the 2 analogue sockets can be disabled.  We want all MSNs routed through digital, so the pbx can handle them and we can use its intercom features.

We want it configured point to multipoint.
    ?
We want 2 pair of additional MSNs.

We don't want to cease the analogue line (as without it we have no broadband).

Every one of these was a problem.

The first 2 calls to Eircom were put on hold then disconnected. The third time the order was taken but the operator clearly failed to understand the service. NT1, PtMP and MSN might as well have been in Russian,  and as we were offered blocks of DDIs but were unable to order MSNs it seems almost certain it will be provisioned Point to Point.

Please can you confirm the technical details of our order?
