16 Year old Bank/Savings a/c Reccomendations

    Im 16 and I have recently started a part time job hence earning a regular income. Arguably the best thing I can do at the moment is join a Bank/Post Office/Credit Union to build up a good credit rating, avoid spending etc.
    Im not sure if you can get a debit card at 16 but I would prefer join one of the above that offers one as I frequently purchase goods online. Also one with good interest rates and not too many fees.
    Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated!
