Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all- I'm planning stag in Edinburgh early next year. We're all over 30 and (relatively) mature. Just wondering would anyone have any recommendations for somewhere to stay/eat and activities during the day???

    Thanks

Radison on royal mile is convenient. Do the whisky tour if ye have any interest in whiskey. It's up near the castle.

I think that may be a wee bit pricey for some of the lads, anyone have any other suggestions?

Whiskey Tour is £11 with a free drink included. Sorry - misread the suggestion of the Tour as bein too expensive.
There's a Hotel Ibis a short walk from the Radisson already suggested that might be cheaper if you're price conscious.
There's a hotel in Haymarket just opened called Tune, supposedly they have great deals. Otherwise stick to the Premier Inn (Haymarket) or Travelodge (Dean Bridge).

Easyjet just opened one of their "hotels" on princes st, looks like a glorified hostel with pod rooms similar to cells but might do the job for you.

What kind of restaurants you looking for?
