    Guys quick question just wondering what the going rental rate for a 2 bed townhouse in charlesland, 1,100 - 1150?

    Have you looked at daft.ie, myhome.ie

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me?     Going by yesterdays article in Irish Times we are lucky to have a rental market never mind a posh part......which is the Park by the way :))
    Think its €1000 give or take €50.

    I'm aware of four different tenants.
    2 paying 900 - park
    2 paying 850 - woods

    Yes - Charlesland Grove and the Park are technically on the Southside (Charlesland). As such, I address all my mail with the C4 postcode :-)

    Fair enough that you're on the south side of Charlesland, but surely C(4)ork is a good bit away? ;)
