Dspca a business not animal welfare

I am shocked to learn that the dspca is putting down dogs left right and centre for conditions that can be easily treated. This is a business and not an animal welfare centre. The CEO has a new office and is driving a very flash car. I am stopping my donations immediately and giving them to dogs trust. An absolute…
