Just wondering would anyone know how Id go about getting a police cert from aus as I will need it for my Canada visa

Do it online. Google search for national police certificate. Make sure it's a national one and not just for an individual state. I done mine a few weeks ago. It costs $37 (I think) and takes about two weeks to get posted to you.

There's no expiry date on it - all it says is that there are 'no disclosable court outcomes' recorded against your name at the date of issue. I'm thinking they'd probably want a recent cert (within the last 6 months maybe?)
