Hi, Myself and the other half have just put a deposit on a house in a newly built development. Just wondering if anyone knows of any benefits or exemptions we could avail of as first time buyers? Many Thanks

No property tax for a few years:

That's it. You may not get it unless you close by the end of the year at that.
