    Evening all, the transformer inside the alarms metal box has gone up in a puff of smoke, can these be bought or is at a whole replacement job?

    The transformer for this system can be bought in most of the suppliers here. Just ring in advance to make sure they have some in stock.
    With replacing the transformer make sure you turn off the mains and remove the battery.
