Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It seems that you if you are an existing customer and want the upgraded speed you need to enter a new 12mth contract.

To be honest, I wonder if UPC are shooting themselves in the foot here. I'm on 60mb, it they said we'll half your bill and reduce you down to 30mb I'd be happy to accept. Most people don't need the speeds now being offered but these are being used to keep prices up.

    That's a special low-usage bundle.

You'd have to look for it specifically to put on it I'd imagine.

Want to check you plan before upgrading. Some old plans have a 500GB CAP some of the new ones they want you to "upgrade" to have a tiny CAP.

    Hah. I feel your pain.

I'm paying a good bit more than that, for 100Mbps. Over the last year also had 120Mbps, and 50Mbps speeds, but all the while my uploads maxed out around 25Mbps. Speedtests varied a lot, but real-world downloads (different times of day, different sites) never did.

They're now offering me 150Mbps for a reduced price (presumably, have to sign up for 12 months) but what's the point when I'll still just have 25Mbps.

I think you mean download speed here.
