Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm at sea here in terms of choice- I'd like an Ultrabook, solid state drive, Intel core i3 or (i5 / i7) Display not below 13" but I don't mind as I'd like something portable I can put in a rucksack. I don't have a budget per say.. but Mac Air is out of my price league for sure. Is there a site where you can type in specs and get a choice?

Dell do a spec search, pc specialist do a drop down (add the specs you want to the laptop).
Without a max budget it's hard to search something for you, an SSD & I7 will bring up the price quite a bit, what size ssd do you want?
    Is battery life important?
    Graphic card or not?

I had a mac book pro before, it has a few issues that I can't be bothered investing the money to fix, also it's heavy and it was always surplus to my requirements. I thought about going for a mac book but they've discontinued the range and the air is very expensive. I don't need a graphics card I'm not gaming, something more portable would be ideal. Pc specialist ultranote looks good.

It looks really good with the 15.6" full HD IPS display. Well worth the extra cost.
