Rewording proposed title

Can anybody suggest taking the below title and simplifying it as reducing the word count as it is being used as a dissertation title. The meaning in the title should not be compromised

"A comparison into the Thermal Quality of the Building Fabric of a Convectional house and a Passive House"

Yes my lecturer reckons a traditional house is too broad in terms of stone rubble walls etc.. so his theory was to call it a conventional house relating to a house in present time
