Two kids and two adults probably staying in Killarney for two or three nights during the mid term break. Children ages are fourteen and ten. What would be good things to do in the region?

~ Bring your bikes; or rent-a-bike. A HUGE National Park for all ages to explore (bring a packed lunch for all)
    ~ Pony-trekking or Horse-riding
~ Surfing in Inch (not far from Killarney)
~ Climb a Mountain and bring a packed lunch for all
    ~ Walk n Shop
~ Boat-trip on the Lower Lake by Ross Castle
    ~ Play at Heights
    ~ Numerous Day trips

They are just some ideas anywhoo!

Jazus, You're so lucky with Killarney, Something for Everyone! Bring comfy footwear; camera; sense of adventure! & all other essentials of course :)

Hope you all enjoy your time,

Go up to Dunloe if the weather is decent or down to Muckross house. You can go to Kenmare and go on the Seafari or do some of the ring of Kerry. There is a cinema and a bowling buddies around as well if the kids want to do something a bit more relaxing.

Kells Bay Gardens - about 40 minute drive from Killarney on Ring of Kerry. Fabulous tropical gardens and kids will love it as they carved giant dinosaurs out of some fallen trees.
