Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Logo Usage without rights

    Hi,

    Just looking for some help regarding this problem i'm having.

    I was in a partnership with three other people and we all agreed to split the price of the logo four ways.

    I paid for the logo myself and have the paypal transaction as well as skype chats with the designer to prove i paid for the logo, and nobody else.

    I have since parted way with these three people and they are still using the logo. They have the png file as i sent it to them in confidence when we were still in ''business''.

    As far as i'm aware as long as i can show proof that i paid for the logo in it's entirity and can get the designer to back that up, they have no right to use it.

    Bare in mind this is a logo for an eSports team and the people using it are under the age of 18.

    Is there any way i can stop them using it? Perhaps through threatening with legal action, as i know they won't have the money to go down that route and i do.

    The logo is worth 30 dollars but i'm doing this for the principle. Why should they be allowed to use the logo when it was me who paid for it?
