I spend 144 a month on medication for my mental health. It's a stretch at the minute. If it goes up much further I may have to ration my medication. I'm applying for a medical card but have been refused twice previously

Aren't you on the drug payment scheme with that 144? That's the max you pay then for whatever you get.

Something to help keep up our steady stream of emigration
It says a €25m cut in funding to third-level institutions, announced last year and supposed to be for just one year, will be continued in 2014.

Well from what I'm hearing I may have to drop out of college and ration my medication. Yay, budgets!

Yeah that is the drug payment scheme. It's increased by €44 per month in the last 5 years which is a big hit for people who have to avail of it. I'm grateful that the scheme is in place, but the increases every year are difficult.

Yeah and he can also claim money back on what he spends at the end of the year, I think it is 10 percent of his overall yearly spending.

    Pint up to €10

These are not necessary to ANYONE and therefore should be taxed to the sky.

Enough to cost the customer between 20-30 euro per entrance to Irish airports
