hi guys,i have a htc desire s and awaiting delivery of desire one mini tomorrow,im just looking to see if i can basically transfer everything from one to another contacts,login info,photos and if theres anything that cant be transfered,im by no means a tech head so easy on the lingo ;)

Helium from the app store should do everything you need and it's designed to be simple to use
