I don't know about O'Reilly's personally, but I would advise you to get out of the Irish pub trap. From my own experience and those of friends, I wouldn't recommend working in any of the Irish bars here. The working conditions are terrible and they pay less than the going rate for bartenders and waiting staff.

Do you speak French or any other foreign languages? If so, then it will be easier. Which part of Belgium are you interested in?
